Membership Policies
By enrolling in a Le Filthy Pooche Bath Club Membership, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Membership Billing
Memberships are billed automatically every month using the card on file.
Membership fees are non-refundable once billed.
Membership pricing is per pet and may not be transferred between pets.
Membership pricing is based on coat condition maintained through regular grooming schedules.
2. Appointment Scheduling
Appointments are required and subject to availability.
Members receive booking priority over non-members when availability allows.
We recommend booking recurring appointments in advance to secure preferred times.
3. Visit Usage
Monthly visits do not roll over into future months.
Unused visits expire at the end of each billing cycle.
Membership visits may only be used for the enrolled pet.
4. Included Services
Bath Club memberships include:
Bath
Blow dry
Nail trim
Ear cleaning
Light brush out
Haircuts, dematting, de-shedding treatments, specialty shampoos, flea treatments, and other add-on services are not included unless otherwise specified.
5. Coat & Behavior Conditions
Additional charges may apply for:
Excessive undercoat
Matted coats
Aggressive behavior
Extended grooming time
Flea infestations
Dogs requiring additional handling assistance
Membership pricing is based on coat condition maintained through regular grooming schedules.
Le Filthy Pooche reserves the right to refuse services if a pet’s behavior presents a safety risk to staff or the pet.
6. Cancellations & No-Shows
We require at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
Missed appointments or late cancellations may count as a redeemed membership visit.
Repeated no-shows may result in membership suspension or cancellation.
7. Vaccination Requirements
All dogs must remain current on required vaccinations as required by local and state regulations.
8. Membership Changes & Cancellation
Memberships may be canceled after the initial 3-month commitment period.
Cancellation requests must be submitted prior to the next billing cycle.
Le Filthy Pooche reserves the right to modify membership pricing or benefits with advance notice.
9. Membership Intent
Bath Club memberships are intended for routine maintenance grooming and wellness care. Excessive or abusive usage may result in membership review or adjustment.
