We’re so happy to care for your furry friend. To keep every visit safe, smooth, and stress-free, we ask that all pet parents follow the policies below.
✂️ Appointments & Cancellations
No-Shows & Late Cancellations
Life happens—but please let us know if you can’t make it!
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed without a call, will be subject to a cancellation/no-show fee.
After two no-shows, future bookings may require a deposit.
🐕 Coat Care & Matting
Brushing Between Appointments
Regular brushing at home helps your pet stay comfortable and reduces stress during grooming.
Matting Policy
If your pet’s coat is tangled, we’ll do our best to brush it out.
However, if matting is severe, the safest and most humane option is a shave-down. Trying to brush out heavy mats can be painful and cause skin damage.
Extra time for brushing or de-matting may result in additional fees.
🦟 Fleas, Ticks & Skunks
Fleas & Ticks
For the health and safety of all pets in our spa, any pet with fleas or ticks will be given immediate flea/tick treatment.
An additional fee will apply for this service.
Skunk Odor
If your pet has had a run-in with a skunk, we offer a special odor-removal treatment for an extra fee.
🕒 Pick-Up Times
To keep our spa calm and enjoyable for all pets, we ask that you pick up your pet within 30–60 minutes of being notified they’re ready.
Late pick-ups may incur a late fee. Extended delays could result in daycare/boarding charges.
❤️ Health & Safety First
Please let us know about any health concerns, allergies, or behavioral issues before your appointment.
We may need to pause or stop a grooming session if your pet is too stressed or if continuing would not be safe.
For everyone’s well-being, pets with contagious conditions (like kennel cough or skin infections) cannot be groomed until cleared by a veterinarian.
💳 Payments
Payment is due at the time of pick-up.
Deposits may be required for lengthy spa services or for clients with repeated no-shows.
